A Hopeful Father raises funds for his son’sillness

Well in this Blog, I’m going to tell you about an avid fundraiser and a hopeful father Frank Dinucci. He is blessed with a 6-years old son Frank Dinucci Jr., who is suffering from Duchenne muscular dystrophy. The funds are raised by both father and son for the doctoral fellowship at the University of Columbia, where you can found the cure of this disease. Well, he wishes to see this son walking and ailment free.

Dinucci resides in Raleigh and he is even blessed with a three years old daughter Isabella. When she was born, her brother at 3 years age was diagnosed with Duchenne. He is a very positive child and this is the reason why his condition is stable even after suffering from such a disease.

Well, after he saw his son suffering from such a disease, his only aim is to raise fund for the cure of this deadly disease. He has often traveled to New York from Raleigh with his son for collection funds, and raising funds for the research of this disease. Many of the people have come out to help him and he does this every year. Another thing about Frank is, he loves to spend time with his both children and indulges with them in some playful activities.

Talking about an incident, when Frank’s son was diagnosed with Duchene at the age of 3, then he was very much shadowy. But he was very positive and this positivity gave strength and hope to his father. He and his father used to travel with cargo bike to raise funds. They charge $10 for the ride. They will be offered free lunch and frozen ice cream by the local businesses of New York City.

With this effect, they have collected enough funds from past three years. From last three years, the Dinucci family has helped in advancement in the treatment opportunities, which have extended the average life expectancy to 30 for this disease.
